I was shocked when I heard his talking points as well. I’m very surprised he was that far off, knowing the background checks I had to go to. The comment about the bazooka really underscored his ignorance on the issue. I’m sure he’ll get a lot of mail over this one. I hope he admits his failure to check the facts.

I think BOR was spot on. I was in a Walgreens the other day and they had a sale on LAWs. There were a bunch of guys yelling Allah Akbar lined up three deep to buy them. The clerk assured me no LAW purchase would be reported to the FBI. I guess BOR really had the scoop on this one.
