Imposing huge fines on a State University means they will just be coming after me, the taxpayer, to make up the difference.

As for Pedophile State, it should've received the Death Penalty, but I'm sure politics and probably a few kickbacks saved it. If the Big Ten had any integrity, they would expel them.
