Because a woman is passed out at a party, she doesn’t become free game for rape.
There you go, lock me up, tweeted Dietrich, who agreed that her name be made public although she is a sex-crime victim. Im not protecting anyone that made my life a living Hell. Good for her. If she was a willing participant, that’s one thing. If not, then it is a crime and I say “shout it from the housetops”.
Thank you!!!
I specifically said in an earlier post that I didn't defend the perps. I don't think a woman who passed out “becomes a free game for rape.” All I said was I think there is more to the story.
See post #31.

I agree, even though I implied the opposite. What I was getting at is that the recording of the crime elevates it to an even higher level and, if anything, those “children” should get some serious punishment.
If there were no recording, then the damage is less to the victim (like it or not) as it’s only a he-said/she-said situation and she can (mostly) put it behind her, once she gets away from that bunch. And yes, it’s a crime, but unless there are a lot of witnesses willing to talk, or solid evidence, a prosecution is much tougher and cutting a deal makes more sense.
