I just went off on a tangent.
I always sit on an aisle in a movie theater because I am a diabetic and need to often use the restroom. But I’m also aware of other movie goers and am subconsciously tuned to weird behavior.
Several years ago my wife and I were watching a movie and I noticed some teenagers laughing and conversing quietly... Yet the kept looking over their shoulders and laughing even more. Suddenly they got up and left. I was completely aware by then! Immediately I started to cough, as did my wife and everyone else. I grabbed my wife and ran out! She was pissed at me. But then everyone started to come out, hacking, coughing, eyes watering... Those kids had let off a pepper spray bottle when they left. My wife and I escaped easily due to situational awareness. Not so much for the others. Several people had to be taken away by ambulance...
Still, we all got multiple free movie passes from the theater on that one!
