Consider the Norwegian tragedy a few months back. Yes, it can be done. At least until Big Sis makes it illegal to buy anything without review.
Imagine investing $20K in bio equipment with evil intent, culture and fermentation and liophilization stuff. Lots of bio stuff on ebay.
It appears the FBI attempted to remove from the Internet a warning from 2 months ago that theaters would be attacked.
