I suspect that enlistments will drop and in a few years there will be talk of bringing back the draft.

A very good point. Just imagine the indoctrination that would be possible then! Especially with the UCMJ to back up the Gay Mafia’s agenda.

The point lost in this debate is that many military recruits come from “Jesusland,” portions of the western and southern United States that still embrace traditional values. If the economy ever improves, you’ll find more young men and women from these areas foregoing military service, because the armed forces are too busy trying to shove the gay agenda down their throats. At that point, you won’t have nearly as many patriotic volunteers to defend what’s left of this country.

Fact is, many of the young people in places like SF and NYC don’t want to serve. A few years ago, the Heritage Foundation did a great analysis of military recruiting, in rebuttal to Charlie Rangel’s claim that most of the troops dying in Iraq and Afghanistan were poor and members of minority groups. Dr. Tim Kaine of Heritage found that most of the combat casualties came from the south, Midwest and West, and their family incomes were above the national average. Meanwhile, in the year of recruiting data analyzed by Heritage, no a single young person from Rangel’s Harlem district joined the U.S. military.

One more thing: did I mention that the same young people who form the backbone of today’s military—the same ones from areas that retain traditional values—are overly-represented in armed forces units/positions that are difficult to fill, such as pilot and special forces?

Soon anyone who joins the military will be a suspected homosexual.

THEN it’s all over.
