I wonder if any Licensed Concealed Carriers were wounded and, if so, would that open the door for a suit against the owner for his “assumption of safety” in his establishment. He didn’t provide them safety and he prevented them from protecting themselves. Just a thought!

If guns are not allowed, there is a presumption of duty to provide security by the cinima company. I don't see where you have to have a permit to sue the cinima for lack of security. Sue them. And hound the politicians when libetal company owners lobby to get laws exempting them from responisibility. All of a sudden these no gun policies will disappear.

The same goes when a liberal company fires an employee who packs and stops a robber. they have a no guns policy by provide no security. Sue them if you are injured in their store by a robber.
