I saw the movie last night...SPOILERS about the scene you mentioned........
Yes there is a scene where they drag the rich out of there homes and then they perform mock trials giving them the choice of either exile or death. The scene is very reminiscent of the scene in Schindler’s List with the clearing of the ghetto, when the Nazi’s dragged the Jews out into the streets while throwing their stuff out into the street. If you know that scene then this scene in Batman parallels it perfectly.
Trust me though, this movie does not portray the OWS crowd in a good light, one could say it makes them look like fools as the story unfolds.
I think it is meant to hurt romney and the rich. I don’t think they care about OWS.
Yes, in this movie, the people of means and the authorities are definitely portrayed as the victims of a violent anarchist mob.
