The Presidency will be a huge burden on the Romney family. In my estimation, they will serve and then leave ...

None of them -- no Romney in Romney's clan -- has ever served in the military. No uncles, no sons, no brothers, no fathers or grandfathers. Not a single one. Nor any of Romney's strapping sons, but the breathtakingly arrogant Romney assured folks while campaigning a few years back that his sons could be compared to American soldiers in the Middle East, because his sons were "serving their country" by campaigning for Romney.

The worst part is that most of the folks on the verge of voting for him, know he's a Trojan Horse ... but plan on voting for him anyway for ONE reason: they're scared crapless of Obama.

Sometimes you don't need hindsight to see 20/20 -- and you don't need hindsight to see that decisions made in fear are usually bad ones. It's already clear as day that voting for Romney is a bad decision. People admit it -- they justify it by convincing themselves that Obama would be worse because they've allowed themselves to become so convinced that with Obama, *resistance is useless.* Zombie-like, they buy into it to justify rolling over and voting for a politician they KNOW is a mistake and always despised.

I hope that before November, people start investigating other risks and options such that cool calculation, courage, and willingness to take risks, overcome fear. Resistance can WIN -- rolling over always loses. Risk is the price you pay for opportunity. There's zero risk with Romney, as it is 100 percent certain that he will make liberalism more powerful in both parties. Hence Romney presents zero opportunity.

Facing down an Obama re-elected on a plurality where the majority of Americans voted for somebody else (with Clinton, the first plurality win was follwed by the Republican Revolution; the second plurality win was followed by impeachment proceedings against Clinton, so don't for an instant think that popular mandates don't matter), facing down a defensive, weakened, mocked Obama rejected by the majority, and having a Republican-dominated Congress with increasing numbers of conservatives within it, is a risk alright, but that's the price for opportunity.

I'm voting third party at the top of the ticket to give the conservatives I vote for down ticket the best opportunity to stem the tide of statism. Voting for a statist, whether it's Obama or Romney, will ONLY bring more government tyranny. Voting to make statism weak is the ONLY way we can bring this nation back to a rightward course.

There are no military veterans in Romney's family or background. To hell with expecting him to "serve" America.

Amen and what you said.

Anyone who is looking to DC for a solution to the problems that DC creates is out of their mind.

This election is just a fight between which bunch of degenerate crooks liars and thieves gets to control the cash extorted from taxpayers by the IRS, nothing more, nothing less.

What has the GOP done to get rid of the IRS and repeal the 16th amendment?

Not a goddamned thing.

The Republicans like to talk tough about taxes, but are part of the same Federal Apparatus the Democrats are.

The IRS extortionists have nothing to fear from the blowhards in the GOP.
