Regardless of who he picks, I WILL NOT VOTE FOR ROMNEY to be POTUS. Even IF he did pick a true conservative, which I doubt, I would just lose respect for the “conservative” and still won’t vote for Romney.

GOP Establishment.....GET A CLUE....my vote can only be secured by dumping Romney and getting somone more conservative to be the nominee. IF Sarah Palin couldn’t help McCain win (and by comparison Romney makes McCain look like a rock rib conservative), then why would a conservative like Palin help Romney? They won’t, and I will not drink Romney Cyanide Koolaid.

I have voted for EVERY GOP nominee for POTUS in the general election since 1976. However, this time the GOP has strayed too far for me to follow.

I WILL VOTE FOR conservative Republicans in the House and Senate and other “down ticket” positions. However, nothing can get me to support Romney. I WILL vote third party to send a message and to ensure that IF Romney or Obama win...they won’t have a large mandate. Also, IF enough conservative Republicans can increase their numbers in the House and get control of the Senate. THEN we can negate Obama’s destruction of the country....maybe even impeach him for exceeding the powers of the executive branch. However, Romney’s election will negate any House or Senate gains, and when he does foolish things, which he will, the bulk of them WILL NOT OPPOSE HIM WHEN THEY SHOULD BECAUSE OF “PARTY LOYALTY.” That is NOT a risk I will take. I guess I only trust House and Senate GOP members when either they oppose a liberal/dictator Democrat like Obama, or when there is a REAL conservative Republican as POTUS.

Do you honestly think Obama and the Chicago communists will care if they don't have a mandate? LOL!

If he gets in. It's over. Period.

Romney was my very last choice. And he (and the Boston wimps) still drive me nuts at times. But I will crawl over broken glass to vote out Obama. Romney just happens to be not Obama.

Agree! We can survive if Obama gets re-elected, if we take the house and senate with conservatives. The country is a mess, and will get worse, but we can turn it around. Just not so sure if Romney is elected.

***I’ll be voting in a similar fashion, but with a conservative republican write-in at the top. Straight republican ticket, up & down. At this point I’m writing in Palin.

I don’t like Romney as POTUSA and especially CinC, not having taken his turn in actual armed defense of the USA. However I am not as rigid as you seem to be mainly because I strongly believe Obama and all of his enablers are a real and dangerous threat for the USA which overrides my angst about Mitt. With this said if Romney does not choose to go with an established conservative person, someone of a Tea Party attitude, and if he chooses someone of the Mormon background, my chips are off the table. As to the Mormon thing, I have good friends who are Mormons but having two people of the same faith on the ticket is bit too much for me and would probably mean the election is down the tubes.

“Regardless of who he picks, I WILL NOT VOTE FOR ROMNEY to be POTUS. “

So you then are voting to let Obama make two Supreme Court picks
Your choice.

There are 2 people who will be competing for the office this year.
We all have the choice of which one we will support.

There is no third option this year.
