Andy, a gun ban is a gun ban.
You can parse it and dance all you want, it’s still a gun ban.
And it banned semi-automatics.
It was a gun BAN, get it?
You said that I lied.
Where is the lie?

“which was the price extracted from him by an 85% Democrat legislature “

So Romney is a wuss who couldn’t govern Massachussetts, and you expect him to do any better in Washington?
What’s the definition of insanity again?

If you haven't figured it out yet - I oppose all gun bans. Hell, I oppose all gun control laws, period.

But you accused Romney of banning all guns in Massachusetts and that was an inaccurate statement - parse it any way you want - it is not a statement of fact.

As for what he had to do when confronted with a hostile legislature, stonewalling state attorneys and uncooperative police departments, that is another matter. I came from Massachusetts and clearly you know nothing about it. Up until January of last year, Republican members of the state House and Senate could meet in a diner. A very small diner. And other than them, there was not a single elected Republican official in the state.

But accusing Romney of being a "wuss" is name-calling, not argumentation. Obama can do that on his own.

Like the vast majority of Republicans, I will probably vote for Romney, and not because I like or trust him but because the alternative is the end of America at the hands of a Marxist alien, and I cannot live with that on my conscience.
