The old Shefiff (Pat Sullivan) there in Arapahoe County went
to jail for child molestation and dealing meth.
He would catch kids with meth, and extort them for
homosexual sex and drugs.
The jail they put him in a correctional facility named after him.
Although found guilty (actually he pleady guilty), he was
so politically connected he served 18 1/2 days.
And didn't have to register as a sex offender.
Colorado is run by democrats.
There is no phony salesman...... the whole thing is a probably a scam perpetrated by the occupiers.
Is this Sheriff Sullivan who molested boys a Democrat or Republican?
Sounds like they 'walked away' from their house and the $1540 a month mortgage suggests that they bought a lot more house than they can afford, for a 'sometimes employed' couple with apparently no savings backup.
It is sad, and all too common, but the responsible taxpayer-citizen should take the hit in the form of help from the Obamastash.

I’m of the old school thought as well but, lawful and legal attachments apply to the mortgage holder and the bank. they have a right to lawful possession, these thieves do not.
Although we are living in bizarro world in which homes are retained for 2-4 years with no payment, it is up to the banks to decide when they reposses or refinance.
Just like in my businness, where we are the contract holders, we
decide how and when to enforce terms of payment.
I won’t allow anyone 30 days before I cut them off, with exception of a few customers who worked diligently to pay us and kept us very apprised of their situation. They paid heavy penalties but their businesses are better positioned than they would have been with someone who would have made a mess of things for everyone.

An Alert for y’all: When we had a house for rent there was an immediate ad on craiglist for the rental. It was below our price and was a phony agent who demanded an application fee.
We posted warnings on all the doors and the main window about the swindle.

The real crime is that this most excellent humor has genuine basis in real-life, putting it in the “you can’t make this stuff up” category.

This problem goes away the further south you go. In the Chicago area, in order to evict a late paying renter, you just about have to prove to a judge that several people have been murdered in front of witnesses by a late paying renter in order to get them tossed out. Down south...5 days, the sheriff shows up, and stuff is on the curb.
