It is not 100% BS. It’s pretty compelling evidence that the President committed a felony. Unfortunantly not compelling enough for the media to run with it.
The only way it’ll get legs is if someone like Romney latches onto it and pounds the drums (doubtful).

The press has no law enforcement function or obligation. The COngress is the only legislative body that can bring charges against a sitting president. We hold the House. If this is going to result in any action, it has to come from Boehner. Maybe conservative allies in the House, such as West or Bachmann is where we have to turn, because I can’t see Boehner or Cantor stepping up.
