Not unless the prosecution wants to allege that Zimmerman profiled Trayvon as "hot", chased him down to get into his pants, and then ...... On second thought, the prosecution is so desperate that I wouldn't put it past them.
That hardly matters. It has been published widely in order to manipulate the public and any potential jurors.
