Says president trying to dismantle American dream brick by brick.
Radio giant Rush Limbaugh now claims President Barack Obama hates the United States and is actively doing his best to destroy the American dream.
I think it can be said now without equivocation that he hates this country. He literally does. Im not using that as a throwaway term, Limbaugh said this afternoon. Ads by Google

I think he literally hates this country and is trying to dismantle the American dream. His policies are doing a damn good job of it. Hes turning more and more people out of work. Hes ensuring that the whole notion of creating wealth is becoming more and more difficult because of things he is putting in peoples way....

Not really true. Obama loves this country for what it COULD BE... A communist dictatorship.
I knew this before the election and its been reinforced everyday of his presidency. Why is it taking the conservative talk radio host so long to reconginze this?
Yeah, and.....
Do I believe that he wants to "destroy" America, as such? No. In his mind, as warped and foreign as I think it is, he doubtlessly believes he is helping to create a better America -- a utopia of sorts. That is, he is intentionally trying to fundamentally transform America into something that he believes would be better but that most Americans -- and infinitely more if they understood the full scope of what he is up to -- would consider horrific, an America that we would barely recognize as the one bequeathed to us by our ancestors.
Everybody loves to feel hated, at least when it comes to politics, but nobody admits to hating anyone else. Everybody recognizes that the caricature of the melodrama villain rubbing his hands together and taking pleasure in deliberate distruction doesn't fit their own actions, however strong the animosities or dislikes they feel, but people actually assume that their opponents are doing just that, demonic laugh and all.
Rush knew it before the election too. You apparently haven’t been listening to his show much.
Many of us Freepers feel as you do, and have indicated that in the past.
One of he things that bothers me is the fact that when the socialists took over the democrat party many years ago, the word socialists never came out or Rush's mouth, until about the last year. He continued to call them democrats. -Tom
I’d love for some true patriot in the Secret Service to bug the residence quarters of the White House, catch the Resident ‘in the act of being himself’, and leak it to the world.
Remember the flack Rush caught before the inauguration for expressing his wish that Obama would fail? Rush knew what Obama was about.
Im talking about the “he hates America” talk, that is new. Even Mark Levin mentioned zero Hates America tonight. Yes I listen every chance I get, most everyday.
No shit, Rush Elton Limbaugh. The fraud in the white house is a phucking Usurper, Dick.
I think he realizes how little attention the bulk of the population pays to day-to-day politics. If so, he may think that telling the truth about Obama and the direction we are heading to early would be a bit like yelling fire in a crowded movie theater. Totally speculation on my part...
He often says, “I'll tell you when it is time to panic”, he gets pretty close on occasion. I think his nature is to be an optimist like Reagan who said America's best days are ahead of us.
Also you can't discount that fact that his wealth and probably small sphere of friends may insulate him a little too much to what the bulk of us see.
Of all the Talk Radio guys, I think Beck is way ahead of the curve. Savage says it like he sees it and has been very open about the threat from the Left. However, he gets too wrapped up in his jealousy of the bigger Talk Radio guys.
Max you are spot on! I agree with your post. Thanks for responding its just very agrivating to listen to TR 24/7 well as much as I can anyway. Thanks!
Rush is still the greatest. Flying around on a Gulfstream V and having dinner with the rich and famous does make it hard for him to relate to normal people, but his political opinions are usually spot on.
Beck is all doom and gloom, and his stooges are just annoying on the radio. Savage I can take in small bursts. Hannity is an intellectual lightweight who talks tough, but when he gets to interview some liberal scum, he throws softballs. Mark Levin is intellectually superior to Rush, but less entertaining to listen to. However, Levin’s analysis of daily events is great.
Rush is right.
