You are told when you make those phone calls that they are Not private. Most people know this. You have no right to privacy when you are in jail and they tell you this up front and every time you make a phone call you are reminded of same.
Your privacy is compromised to law enforcement, and that's it.
Public dissemination of said conversations serves no other purpose then to taint a Jury pool.
Do you, call that justice? Do you recall the McMartin case, Richard Jewell, Steven Hatfield, Jeffery McDonald etc?
If that is your idea of justice, you can have it.
I'll stick with a Constitutional Republic, thank you....not.
