George is going to be found guilty of everything. He clearly is being required to prove innocence. This is like the reverse of the OJ trial.

Why on earth would she be releasing evidence and rumor like this? It looks like she's trying to influence potential jurors, and that should get her in big trouble. Maybe that's what she wants, to be relieved.
