Discussion re Pawlenty - the only choice that would not outshine Romney - we do not seek the best. We seek the dull, the bureaucratic, and the compliant.
Whatever you do, do not offer a conservative choice. Socialist policies will not be rolled back, but we will offer someone who will hold the line until the next socialist activist is elected to move the ball down the road a bit further.
Romney and Pawlenty will never try to roll anything back.
Demand $100.00, and accept $25.00. Next year, demand $100.00, and accept $25.00. Two more years of this will result in receiving the original demand of $100.00.
We need someone who demands the initial $25.00 back, plus another $100.00. The we will accept the $25.00 compromise.

Unless they become very savvy non-violent criminals who manage to elude arrest and prosecution and I’m not talking about crimes where people are victimized. I’m talking about breaking laws enacted for the sole purpose of saving us from ourselves.
I thought you Minnesotans only became suicidal in the Wintertime. Please, forget Pawlenty, he is only this week's placeholder to keep Romney interesting in the media ... a frighteningly difficult task.
Besides knowing nothing about Pawlenty, I can assure you that no matter how terminally boring he is, Bobby (!) Jindal makes him look down right sparkly and all ... effervescent even! Pawlenty is at least a Natural Born Citizen, which is refreshing, what with all this talk of Rubio and Jindal.
My crystal ball (never wrong btw) says it's gonna be a woman for VP. Scarlet Johansen, maybe, which ought to at least get the Scandinavian vote in your neck of the woods, and since she's half Jewish, will give Romney a shot at the NYC Jewish vote.
You can take that to the bank. Now, as long as you're down in the dumps, try and find me a 195/65/15 tire.
