(the tylenol in Nyquil is also gonna “not be nice” for your liver...if you take too much of it (or take too much tylenol or Tylenol PM)..just sayin)
I don’t take it every day, or even every week. Just when I feel a cold coming on.
For pain relief I usually do Ibuprofen or Naproxen, since Tylenol doesn’t have an anti-inflammatory.
