Be careful with that stuff FRiend! MANY potential side effects with Ambien...(I thought your issue was pain control,not sleep...but...tis your body...but that being said...there are many MANY MANY MUCH SAFER things to take to help you sleep, if that is the issue....and I will share if asked ;-)

personally, I’m fond of the sleepin mallet.....haven’t slept staight for over 3 hours yet...so doc said I need a nite’s sleep and ordered the pills....
and yes..I’ ax’n...what is better for sleep
