Farrell has always been an extreme left fringe wacko. He supported the Sandinistas and Nunez. He’s so far out to lunch, he never came close to returning. He HATES America worse than Obama (well at least as badly).
I meant to say he supported Carlos Ortega, the leader of the Sandinistan guerrillas.
Farrell was also a big fan of that murderer Tookie. I was delighted the day we gave him the needle; Farrell cried.
I remember Farrell in the 80s supporting every Leftwing Loon cause out there, including the Sandanistas and Cuba. He was always extreme. His joining MASH was around the time that it really started going downhill. No comedy, no conflict — everyone was friends at that point. And it turned into a weekly sermon about whatever the Leftwing cause of the day was.
