I am not so sure they are still human and as such have souls.
Thanks directly to the pedophile they love so much, I believe they have bred into a sub-species and we are witnessing the slow devolution of the human race into at least 2 sub-species.
Mud-slimes are certainly of defective DNA and intelligence with an inability to reason and they must resort to violence as their low IQ renders them completely unarmed in a simple battle of ideas.
When so many inferior people coalesce around this death cult known as Is-Slime they will produce more defective offspring than other humans. They are breeding stupidity into their sub-human group and an inability to control rage.
Just as positive human values/traits like height can be bred into our species so can negative human values/traits like low IQ and violence.
