Oh yes, he’s serious. He’s also the all or nothing freeper who was against the partial birth abortion ban because it did not ban all abortions. The Roe v Wade nin place and in need of repeal but lacking the political numbers to get it done, some legislators sought to focus Americans on the heinous nature of abortion on demand as expressed in partial birth abortion. But this poster now running for president was against passing the bill because it did not do ALL he demanded. He was and is more than willing to continue the slaughter in order to empower himself as the all or nothign man.

It’s ironic. Romney stridently supports abortion on demand since 1970, signs $50 co-pay taxpayer-funded abortions into “law,” thinks judges make our laws, thinks the right to live is up to a democratic vote instead of God-given and therefore unalienable, and profiteers to the tune of $50 million dollars on the killing of millions of little children, and I’m the one who is demonized for pointing out the obvious facts of the case. It’s amazing. Astounding. Awe-inspiring. Unbelievable, almost.

I think any group who seriously wants to end abortion needs to study how (Democratic) Jim Crow laws were eventually defeated. The NAACP didn't win by simply going to court and demanding an end to all segregation immediately. They picked certain cases to take to SCOTUS in order to slowly chip away at segregation's underpinnings, then finally went in for the kill after they had a number of successes defeating Jim Crow laws in certain areas. An all or nothing approach to abortion is a losing proposition.
