I have been busy. Really busy. Going 7 days a week.
But this weekend I am taking off. Friday we will take care of that pig. You wanna come and tend fire whilst he roasts on Saturday? Sunday I really should fly to Memphis and kick my brother’s no show butt. IT WAS HIS IDEA!
LOL. I wish I could. I haven’t roasted a pig over an open pit since my mom and stepfather were married in the early 80’s. We would roast one every year for his Slava (patron saint’s day).
And yeah, a trip to Memphis should be in order for you. :)
