It’s a little difficult to grasp, though. “This resentment is hurting me more than the person I resent” can be thought, believed, and said, but if a person can’t let it go, as you have, it’s not enough. It is a step in the right direction, though.

It is a little difficult to grasp. That's why I love the Program, they keep it simple for s**theads like me. :)
