Owning the dog was not the problem.
Yelling at the wrong person was the problem.
The results should convince you that yelling at strangers in a known tough neighborhood is not the smart thing to do.

No, it is not a crime. But lots of things that are legal are not smart.

So then when these perps are brought before a court of law for this murder, should they claim the Trayvon Martin defense.
You know that one: If only she had stayed in her house then all this would not have happened. But instead Wendy came out of her house after her dog, and yelled at me, and I felt fearful for my life, and so had to turn around, back up and shoot her three times.
Or should they blame the murder on the dog??
