In a stunning blow to the Senatorial hopes of Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-NV), the House Ethics Committee today unanimously voted to open an investigative subcommittee into conflict of interest charges stemming from her alleged attempts to direct cash toward the kidney health care industry and, in particular, toward her husband, who runs the Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada. Breitbart News led the charge in demanding investigation into Berkley's activities.

Too bad this isn’t one of the seats we need to take back.
Rothenberg has this seat as a Pure Toss Up. These developments could move it toward at least Lean GOP, making it a Hold. Since we’re probably going to lose ME, we need all the Holds we can get.
If she drops out, do the Democrats get a "do over" since the Primary was held last month?
Maybe its Dingy Harry’s choice?
But we need to keep this seat. And Romney needs to win it too.
You gotta point there.
Wasserman-schultz is mentally handicapped which makes her a minority.
Elizabeth Warren is a black woman.
Yes - they’re all minorities. Maybe Berkley will be lynched....
