Maybe Morgan Freeman's not talking ideology, but style. Maybe he just wants more funk, more attitude from Obama, not any specific policy or major changes. Not sure he knows himself what he actually wants, he just knows people aren't happy with Obama.
A lot of people got high on "hope and change." It was a mass phenomenon: each person's enthusiasm fed other people's enthusiasm, everyone fed off the hype and the feelings of the crowd.
People weren't sure what they actually wanted done, but now that the high is over, they feel it. What (if anything) they'll do about it isn't clear, but they certainly feel the withdrawal symptoms now.
I think he knows the Obama admininistration will go down in history as an abject failure rife with corruption and incompetence. If Obama was a successful, competent President that actually delivered on his promises of transparent, ethical government he'd still be Black.
