The name Tout/Toot enters into it as the result of a family member in Kenya who was quoted as stating that the kenyan had gone to the US, married a white woman named Ann Toot and was working for an oil company...

And while the ex husband of the baby-sitter was working in real estate in Clovis, he advertised properties as Joe Tout.

So we are singing, Tout, Toot, Toutonghi...you gotta have a sense of humour...

I remember the letter to Kenya and the “married a white woman named Anna Toot” but Toutonghi is not a Filipino name... If she was Filipina, how did she get an Arabic name?

If it’s classified or patently obvious I’ll chew on it. Can’t figure it out.
