On Facebook, there is a little thingee that says ‘post picture’. If you click on it you are sent to browse where you can select a pictue and then click post.
I can master that.
I use Photobucket.com for pictures. It has an easy upload function to select a picture on your computer. Once uploaded, you click on ‘edit’ & it opens up several lines of code, one of them marked html. You click on that & it copies, & all you have to do is have a message open on FR & you click in the box & do a paste. Very simple.
