Because Congres can only BLOCK Judicial nominees. The President appoints them. We BOTH the the Executive branch (No More Holder) as well as Congress.

What in Mitt Romney's record of filling judicial positions gives you any confidence? His promise? There is a reason he's known as a flip-flopper - he'll tell whatever he thinks you want to hear.
It's not like Romney is going to give us a Scalia or Thomas or Alito. There isn't likely to be a big difference between Obama appointees and Romney appointees. For the sake of our nation, pray that there are no vacancies in the USSC during the next four years until we can get a real President into the Oval Office.
