So is it unreasonable to assume that if I am infected, and the FBI has been handling my domain name resolution since November, that they could have been logging every website I’ve visited in that time?

Well, it’s possible, but you’ll have to judge for yourself if it’s reasonable or not.

Algorithm

In the OSF-specified algorithm for generating new (V1) GUIDs, the user's network card MAC address is used as a base for the last group of GUID digits, which means, for example, that a document can be tracked back to the computer that created it.
