Why do you think Zimmerman will be acquitted, as these are Floridians making these decision. They don’t a track record for sound judgment, do they? If so, I missed that.
Teddy, you have a point. The mind-numbing heat causes most Floridians to have at least 50 fewer IQ points than normal Americans ... even from the acknowledged dumber areas of our great land. A simple visit to any FL Wal-Mart will scientifically demonstrate that. Mind you don't slip on the crap the tattooed fat people leave behind in the parking lot.
However, just as a blind hog can often find an acorn in the woods, Zimmerman's lawyers may have the good fortune to come up with 2, possibly 3 jurors who can read and write on the same day and who are not African-American Postal Employees enjoying full pay while on jury duty. That might give them a hung jury. With any luck at all, the jury might even be 6 African-Americans wearing Trayvon (Copyright) hoodies, and 6 Peruvian-Indian-German-Americans, although the latter ethnic group does not seem to be very thick on the ground.
Failing an acquittal, or a hung jury, there is always Dershowitz on the appeal. He's interested.
