We went through the same thing in 2008, and we thought that McLame’s choice of Sarah meant that he would do just that - attack.

Instead, we got a muzzle on Sarah, and a “candidate” who was little more than mealy-mouthed and weak at best. He refused to use the facts that Obama kept hanging him on a silver platter.

Romney, so far, is proving to be just as lame.

I recall at one of McCain’s campaign stops a man in the crowd implored him to “get angry”. McCain did not — and instead of being perceived as a “gentleman” (as McCain likely thought would happen), the Left saw him as weak.

I’m hoping this is not the case with Romney. As Reagan showed, well-placed anger does not need to be at the expense of poise and dignity ... and it can be highly effective with the center-right majority of Americans who want to put an end to all of this Socialist garbage.
