You are speaking like an ideologue, not an effective campaign manager.

Campaigns aren’t won or lost by doing what your BASE, particularly your rabid base wants to see. Sure that can help you in primaries or safe districts, but when its a national election, those aren’t always the best actions to be taking.

Yes, I’d love to see a true ideological debate, but guess what? It ain’t gonna happen, and why isn’t it going to happen? Because frankly, this election it doesn’t need to happen. If the race were going to be close, yes, having hte ideological discussion would matter, reality is, this election isn’t going to be close, and end of the day its not a decision between two unknowns, its an election that is going to be, and always was going to be a referendum on Obama.

Romney doesn’t need to attack rabidly, because Obama is such an amateur.. The Obama Campaign is self destructing in slow motion right before your eyes, and you are so focused on the fact Romney isn’t being a rabid pit bull in JULY, when no one is really paying much attention except for the political junkies, that you can’t see it.

Stop being such a zealot and look, look at what’s going on. Obama’s been on the defensive for a month or more, even with a USSC victory, he got a dead cat bounce. His one accomplishment and winning it got him nothing, in fact the more he talks about it the lower he polls. Todays jobs numbers prove once again the Obama Economy is the No Job Economy. 4 more Job Reports until November, and guess what? They aren’t going to change in any significant way between now and then.

Obama is losing the fund raising battle, he’s been abandoned by his donors, He’s trying to gain momentum in ways that are foolish.... Like attacking Romney on his jobs record... Really? Obama’s administration is the only administration in the modern age where fewer people will have jobs the day his term ends than the day he took office.... But Job creation is really what you want to talk about? Obama is a neophite, he’s beyond an amateur.

He couldn’t even change the topic with an Obamacare win, because the more he talks about it the lower he goes in the polls! The legislation is dispised across the board even 20% of polled democrats believe it will drive up cost, hurt jobs and not improve health care! 20 percent of his own party aren’t buying his jive.

He’s got nothing, he can’t run on his record, because it blows... his only chance is to paint Romney as more extreme and dangerous than him... and polling out on the 5th showed that 47% of voters viewed Obama as extreme, and only 31% viewed Romney as Extreme... So, for all of Romney’s faults being painted as an extremist, really isn’t likely.

Obama is the most tin eared politician ever to hold the office of the Presidency, he really believes his “cult of personality” can overcome anything. Clinton had a cult of personality, but he had the political skills to back it up.. end of the day, like him or hate him, he had political chops.. This guy has no political ability at all, and his contrived cult of personality faded into oblivion long ago.

Obama is polling lower in EVERY group he carried in 2008.. yes, even among BLACKS... 15% unemployment will do that to you. Youth vote? 50% can’t find work... etc etc etc.. Working Class Whites in the rust belt and south, GONE.. the Blue Dog Democrats have written this schmuck off, and he can’t recover that segment from other areas.

This guy if he ran a perfect campaign would only get about 42-43% of the popular vote, reality is, he most likely won’t get 40% of the vote on election day.

Sure the press isn’t pounding Obama like they should be, but even in the press you can see the cracks in the propoganda machine are there. They know the bloods in the water, you can’t cover up 3+ years of 18% real unemployment. No one is buying it. By fall, blood will be in the water, and you will still see some attempts at propping this joker up, but the real conversation is going to be will the Republicans get 60 seats in the Senate, no one but the most avid pundit will be arguing Obama will win with any sincerity.

Romney is going to run a boring campaign, and honestly there is no reason he can’t. Obama has no chance of overcoming his negatives and problems, and yes I have no doubt it will get dirty and nasty down the road, but Obama cannot paint Romney as extreme, only the kool aid drinkers are going to believe Romney is scarier than 4 more years of Obama.

Obama got voted in out of disgust with Bush, Obama is going to be sent packing out of disgust with Obama. This election is a referendum on Obama.. Romney doesn’t need to go off all gung ho day after day in Jul when no one is even watching. Romney has proven he’ll fight and fight hard when it matters. For now, let the amateur keep hanging himself.

I believe you, except come September we need to put the gas peddle to the floor to make sure it's a landslide. That way the coattails will be long and wide.

Dick Morris predicted the possibility of 60 seats two months ago and that is with Scott Brown loosing in Ma. It looks like now Scott has a chance to get reelected.
