I feel that with Romney we at least have a shot at a SCOTUS nominee who is to the right of Kagan.

Replacing Ginsburg with a Roberts would be a good thing. I’d prefer another Thomas. We should be working to insure that happens.

The chance of it occurring with Obama as President is zero.
