She’s 7. Very shy, unfortunately..I’ve been trying to break her out of being terrified of strangers and new situations, etc. Also trash cans. Hopefully a trip down south to visit Ash will help. Maybe she needs a calmer dog friend.
Piper just needs TLC. If you are with her when she is subjected to strangers and trash cans, her anxiety level will be a lot lower.
Just remember to reassure her. She has probably never been truly loved and is understandably anxious. A few days with a mom dog will do wonders for her!
You couldn’t have a calmer dog friend than Ash.
On the way home from church this afternoon, we saw a hawk being chased by a sparrow.
