Great news! I saw some photos of damage in the DC area, then heard from my cousin so I was concerned for you guys.
I was listening, how did I miss it? LOL

Oh, we were lucky that way. You can’t hardly drive anywhere including the main roads without having to drive around huge fallen trees.
Stop lights out everywhere.

Look at the whitened curbs, small piles of white ashes, no walls or chimneys standing, clean streets/driveways, no debris... TOTAL INCINERATION... Yikes. I’ve been thru a couple and fought several other wildfires over the years, but no surreal scene like that one.

yes, today I finally tackled a certain corner in the storage area in the basement. I’ve got a couple appliances down their that I will never u se, they’re going next. Also have an old am crib and a baby swing and a set of clubs that no one will ever use.
I love the salvation army.
I can’t wait to hear the mention on the podcast tomorrow...now I just need him to wish me a happy birthday! Then maybe I would feel like celebrating.

I kinda hope Mark will address what a pussy Mitch McConnell is being about theis health care disaster...he is already wallowing in defeat, rather than having a spine and saying they wil fight it..!! Then again...McConnell has no chin, no spine, and no affinity for conservativism! (spit!)
