Dear editor-surveyor,

The price of propane seems to follow the price of gasoline around here pretty closely. I'm hoping that my refill will be closer to $3 per gallon this week than the $4 I've been paying.

Even without the heat pump, I have a lot of stuff on the generator. I have a room full of computers (they run my business) that are never off (or, at least, are never supposed to be off).

I could easily load up a second 20KW generator with the stuff I don't have connected, LOL.

I suspect that in the west, the price of propane is affected by the abundant availability of natural gas. Propane is a byproduct of petroleum refining, and once storage capacity is reached, the rest has to go to the flare pit for disposal.
