Probably because he thinks someone forged a document -- i.e., the document released by the white House. A forged document is a forged document, regardless of whether other documents have been sealed.
I've been around this forum longer than most. What I learned early on is that posts, purporting to be the last word on an issue, are BS. A total fabrication ... never anything to back it up ... just pure BS.
