Romney had no hand in raising taxes on NH residents. MA income is taxable at the difference between your state tax and MA. NH does not have an income tax so NH residents who earn their income in MA pay the full tax rate and that has been that way for as long as I have been living NH and working in MA, since 1985. The increase is because of the number of people moving to NH but keeping their jobs in MA.
