President Obama is leading Mitt Romney thanks to a bump from last Thursday's high court healthcare ruling, according to a survey released Saturday from conservative polling outlet Rasmussen.
Rasmussen's latest daily presidential tracking poll finds Obama with 46 percent support from likely voters to Romney's 44.

Biggest in the country? It’s the biggest tax increase in the WORLD!
Absolutely. That’s why I won’t be staying at home.
Oil was up 7 bucks yesterday.
The economy and Obamacare are interconnected. When the job numbers come out next month that will mostly deflate any high Obama is riding. Obamacare is the primary reason unemployment is still high and the Supreme Court’s ruling just guaranteed it will stay high
Talk about disgusting.
In the short term Romny will “manage our decline” as Newt said. In the long term, well....I suspect the U.S. is going to be a very uncomfortable place for conservatives to be.
“I’m inclined to believe it. At least half of American voters are communists sympathizers and would vote anyone in as long at they pay no income tax and get hundreds of free money.”

I am inclined to believe that half of Americans are brain dead idiots.
I can understand how the Commie got elected, but his polls
should show a linear decline from the day he took office.
He has been nothing short of a disaster, and he even makes peanut brain look like a decent past POTUS.
I just shake my head when I go check Rasmussen.
You FReepers, standing on principle, and refusing to vote for the RINO Romney will rue the day when that filthy illegal alien Marxist gets reelected.
I thank God every day that I am no longer living there.
Rasmussen is VERY accurate, but as they poll daily and weekend polls tend to favor Obama, this bears close watching.
Well, you can believe the photographic proof when Obama says that he has been working non-stop since day one to make sure that the price of gas stays low.
I agree with you 100%; however, I wonder how many other people do - those who don’t consume politics like we do - those who don’t get the connection between the two. Those are the ones I am talking about. The media will keep the focus on health care. I hope Romney is prepared.
Dream on. By the way, you don’t know me so don’t presume to know what I think. I have more intellectual honesty in any one of my bones than you do in your whole body as evidenced by the fact that I don’t presume to know what you do, think, etc... You know NOTHING about the polls with which I agree or disagree or why. Keep your assumptions to yourself.
EXACTLY!!
Makes him look presidential versus the true boob that he is.
Yes, the worst result of Roberts’ decision is to give credibility to this pompous, dangerous, and ineligible president. Maybe he was afraid Obama would criticize him and his court in the next State of the Nation speech.
But I believe that many conservatives will stay home rather than vote Romney into office just as Democrats are planning will happen in November.
Staying home is not an option. Although Romney is a weak candidate among a weak field, he’s all we’ve got and to let the Pompous One be reelected may result in this being the last election that will matter. Never underestimate what these Democratic devils will try to do.
This is to be expected. For all the wrist-slitters out there, this is from 2010, shortly after Obamacare was passed:

By November of that year, the only poll that really counts said something quite quite different.
For the past 2.5 years Obama and the media have claimed people would learn to love Obamacare and that hasn’t happened. Now that is has been declared a tax I don’t see how that makes the public start to love it. Obamacare was the last thing Senators like Claire McKaskil and Joe Manchin wanted front and center
The SCOTUS ruled Obamacare was a valid law. Not a good law
Rasmussen is the most accurate poll out there. It is a warning that there is a lot of work to do.
The numbers will not stay at this level for too long.
