hahahahahaha, RIGHT ON, LET'S ROLL. Question? Since all the penalties that were written into the bill, is now a TAX. Couldn't a case be made that the bill MUST be changed to read TAX instead of penalty/fine?

If the wording must be changed, wouldn't that make the whole bill VOIDABLE at that point. No one can legally EVER change a contract, without all parties consent.

Just trying to find some avenues to get this defeated.

I am reminded of the saying “well butter my butt & call me a biscuit!” Roberts buttered it up & called/ruled it a ‘tax’, even without the word ‘tax’ being present. I don’t think we should look a gift horse in the mouth. A ‘tax’ is much easier to defeat & since it was passed in reconciliation, it can be repealed in reconciliation which means 51 votes, not 60 & the Dems cannot fillibuster. Now we just need to vote in enough Senators to do it & a President to sign it (plus hold the House, of course).
