1 cup Burgundy wine
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoons oregano
1 small onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons butter
2 ½ pounds sirloin steak about 1 ½ inches thick
Seasoned with meat tenderizer
Wisk up mixture in tupperware bowl, put steak in an marinade overnight. Thrown on grill and cook.

Biggirl. Did listen at the begining of Mark’s show, but went out for a while today to do the patrotic rosary with a group of folks at St. Augustine’s in Glastonbury. An old historic church. Back in time to listen to Ray Charle’s “America The Beautiful”. Came back in the tail end of Denis Prager’s interview. Will see if there is a podcast of tonight’s show to play catch-up. Will listen to his commentary on the Obamacare decison from yesterday.
