He's got to stay within the precincts of Congress, which is essentially Capitol Hill and Congressional field offices.
A portable "cell" is available from a number of sources ~ just rent one.
And if Holder won't come over invite Cole for a visit!

This is why the House also voted on a civil contempt charge for Holder. They knew or suspected (believed?) that the most corrupt administration in US history would block/ignore the criminal contempt charge. With the civil charge, they can go after Holder by getting a judge to force the issue.
