rollcall.com probably is getting huge traffic from being a red headline at the top of drudge that it can’t handle.
you can google for other sites that have the story, something like

the story is spreading all over
All I can say is it is explosive as it names 3 top DOJ officials from the criminal division specifically, the F&F operation is detailed in the wiretapps and the fact that ATF watched the guns walk but did not interdict. But more damning is that the DOJ didn’t stop the program!!!
