Does it matter what Axelrod calls it? In matters of law, the SC judgment will have to be taken into account, and it considers this a tax.

Yeah, it matters what Barky’s Gang calls it, if we’re supposed to derive all those *political* benefits that are hidden in the penumbras of the crappy decision, according to the spinning pundits...

remember, one of those political bennies is hanging that TAX around their pencil necks.

But if the ‘rats won’t own up to what SCOTUS actually said themselves, do you honestly think that the media (or the feckless Republicans) will hold their feet to the fire?
