What’s there to understand? He had the chance to do the right thing, and he failed. He could have overruled Obama and protected the American people. Instead, he was the final vote Obama needed to preserve Obama care. Now, it means folks like me are going to be out of a job (I’m a private school teacher - think Obama’s not gunning for me?)
