Roberts, along with the other four judges, are traitors to the Constitution. They did not provide a check on the other two branches, but merely said the other two branches can do just about anything (as long as it’s a tax).

I agree... it is disgusting and very disturbing.

I am ready to march on Washington - again - just like we did during "ObamaCare weekend" in March 2010.

I hope Tea Party Express, Tea Party Patriots, Americans for Prosperity, etc. organize another massive rally in DC... we are there if so. I'm fired up all over again.

And as Rush just stated... yes, November really matters!

Like it or not, we have to elect Romney for President. And - more importantly - we must elect more conservative members of the House, and take back the Senate - to hold President Romney's feet to the fire.

My stupid state - The People's Socialist Republik of Connecticut - will send all leftist democRATs back to DC, have no doubt. This state is LOST - there is no hope. However, my husband and I will work hard (as we have in the past) to help get Republicans/conservatives elected in other states this November...

My 17 y.o. son wants to be a doctor. He’s wanted that since he was 10. Up to this point I’ve been telling him he should wait and see what happens with obamacare before he decides for sure. I hate to have to talk him out of his dream, but I can’t really see a good future for him as a cardiologist under obamacare.

I doubt there would be anything that blatant, but this decision made absolutely no sense. Something is "jest not right with that boy"......what it is, I'm not sure. But we aren't the only ones wondering what's up with Roberts.

Yesterday at Ladies day I brought up this subject, they all think that they can keep their medical insurance they have now. I told them private medical will stop. They didn’t seem to believe it.

My doctor told me over a year ago, this passes he is retiring.
