In the past you’ve talked about being in the legal field and you think it is OK for a foreigner to have a kid here become president. Now you write that you are a health insurance agent and what Roberts did is a blessing. What position do you hold with the GOP-E because that is the same crap talking point they spit out on the last decision.

And are you crazy? Nothing has been gutted. Obama will approach this as if everything can continue just as he planned it. What is worse, Romney will do exactly the same. After all, he is the father of Obamacare. None of either socialist party wants to change this.

Well the GOP needs to know that people in this country don’t like socialists ruling over them. We have no longer have protection in any body of govt. We live in the United Socialist States now. Five of the nine Oligarchs have spoken. Our republic is dead.

With the end of the Bush tax cuts coming up and the beginning of the teeth of Obama/Romneycare just getting started, everyone is going to need a second job just to pay the taxes. But guess what? There won’t be enough jobs left out there for that to happen. The only industry that is a guaranteed growth industry is tax accounting. So I guess I should be glad. But I’m not.

You need to develop a legal mind.

I NEVER said I liked this ruling. I do not like it. However, I must deal with it and I must look to the advantages and disadvantages, personally, politically and economically, on this ruling.

There is a tomorrow. We must continue to fight our battles and we must be realistic if we really want to win.

I have no patience for those who throw temper tantrums and make everything personal and petty.

You are making a personal attack against me, but the fact is, the majority of Conservative opinion is on my side, on the Natural Born Citizen issue, and you are only bringing that up now, to attack me on this ruling.

Again, I wish Roberts had voted to strike down the mandate entirely.

I am relieved that Roberts and the majority DID say that the Commerce Clause did not authorize the mandate.

In fact, it was UNANIMOUS that the Commerce Clause did not authorize the mandate.
